Foot soaks feel great when your feet are achy, and they also soften the skin. Peppermint, ginger, and rosemary are the ingredients to look for: they feel tingly and stimulate circulation. When massaged into the feet, they seem to invigorate the pods, and make you feel as if you've got an extra spring in your step.

Soaks

Soak in a basin of warm water mixed with one of these products for about 8 to 10 minutes: Essentiel Elements Rosemary Bath Salts, Kniepp Bath Oils, Molton Brown Seamoss Stress Relieving Soak Therapy, Origins Ginger Salts.

Sloughers

Foot scrubs not only exfoliate feet but massage them as well. Try Bliss Scrub Super Slough, Dr. Scholl's Pedicure Essentials Salt Scrub for Feet and Legs(Dead Sea salt and olive oil), Philosophy Footnotes (pumice scrub). These body scrubs also work well as foot sloughers: Bare Escentuals Liquid Loofah, Bloom Exfoliating Body Scrub (with peppermint), Origins Ginger Body Scrub.

Softeners

Of course you don't need a special cream for your feet - your body lotion will do quite nicely. But if your feet are especially gnarly and callused, try Sally Hansen Retinol and Tea Tree Oil Foot Creme or Orjene Alpha Foot Soothing Treatment.
