This look is sexy but sweet and is great with a natural to medium eye makeup when using darker lip colors, and it's great with almost any eye when using neutral colors. You can also use almost any lip color and add a lot of clear gloss to it to create a sheergloss. Use lip liners to add definition to the mouth if necessary. |

This has to be paired with a neutral eye and executed very well, especially when bright lip colors are involved. This is definitely a technique for the advanced makeup junkie. Look for berries and reds, pinks and purples. Think of the '80s. |
